The afternoon includes a yoga and meditation session in the open-air shala, and the evening is yours to watch the stars and fireflies from your hammock.

Day 2 begins with lemon water at sunrise and moves into your first Reiki initiation and guided self-treatment session. You’ll have free time at the on-site lagoon in the afternoon — a natural swimming spot that becomes a favourite among guests — followed by your second initiation and workshop in the late afternoon.

Day 3 continues with two more Reiki initiations and workshop sessions, sandwiched around a yoga and meditation class. The highlight of the evening is a sunset equine-imity stroll — a mindful walk accompanying Johanne to see their horse, a surprisingly moving experience that many guests describe as one of the retreat’s most memorable moments.

Day 4 is where it all comes together. You give and receive a full Reiki treatment using everything you’ve learned, followed by an aromatic herbal bath to cleanse the aura before checkout. You leave with a Reiki Level 1 certification, a study manual, and the ability to channel healing energy for life.

Alongside the Reiki program, you’ll enjoy two yoga and meditation sessions in a beautiful shala, three daily vegan meals prepared from fresh, seasonal produce — including fruit from the retreat’s own trees — and complimentary airport transfers by moto-taxi. An optional follow-up session via Zoom is also included for post-retreat integration support.
